had a lovely pot of tea and cappuccino here both nice and hot. we had the smoked mackerel and the chestnut mushroom and cashew ramen. both utterly delightful and ramen was piping hot. also had a strawberry milk shake and a latte. we ate in the garden by the dolphin fountain, the place was busy but the service was excellent.....staff were amazing.
It looks small from the outside but there is comfortable garden space once you're inside. Ordered vietnamese pork bowl which is ok passable. Love the courgette and ribbon salad with it. Boyfriend love his smoked mackerel salad.
Truely lovely place to eat .... dogs made very welcome...... nice selection for vegeterian, and really tasty..... staff were efficient but also made time for small chat which made it just perfect...... ps. and nice and cool inside

Lovely place to sit and chat- amazing smoothies and brownies. Would definitely recommend to the locals and passers-by.
More than a cafe, faster than a restaurant, our lunch food was a real delight. I had a pulled BBQ chicken brioche bun with crispy chips, my partner, a goats cheese bruschetta. The decor is shabby-chic, and the feel is open, spacious, and on a nice day the tiered garden area would be nice. Service was super efficient, and supervised by a young woman who seemed to be directing staff, whilst being seemingly everywhere... all with a smile! Oh...and Cafe 53 is dog friendly too
Really great cafe - friendly staff, v chilled and stylish inside and out. Very accommodating eg prebooking for 10 cyclists with vague timings!. Great coffee, cakes and breakfast!
Breakfasts are amazing & the vibe generally is great. Highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to eat and are nearby to Tetbury. Service is also good :
Great food and coffee! We eat at 53 regularly. We have had a group as large as 8 but if you have a group that size Saturday or Sunday call ahead and reserve a table which they are happy to do. I have had anything from the menu or the boards.
