Ordered food at 7.15pm, told it would be 45 minutes - 8pm came and went? I rang them back at 8.50pm to ask where the food was, after ringing the driver (so he claimed) I was told the order would be here in a couple of minutes - it finally arrived after another 25 minutes and was barely tepid. I told the driver I didn't mind having to wait if they were busy or didn't have enough drivers, but to be told it would be here in 45 minutes isn't acceptable when they know it's not achievable - if I was told when I placed my order that I may have a 2 hour wait, I would have the option to order from somewhere else? It was the slowest fast food I have ever encountered - and a lukewarm pizza doesn't taste very appetising either !! - very shoddy service

It took 2 hours for our food to come this is the second time this has happened even though I asked them when ordering if they could deliver on time. Absolutely disappointing service

Allways nice food friendly staff my local takeaway so allways order over the counter and pick it up as delivery can take a while when they are really busy

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. The pizza arrived with condiment BBQ sauce squirted all over the top and couldnt find any chicken. We ordered a pineapple pizza that came with no pineapple. Also we ordered a curry which was not at all the usual traditional dopiaza. It was very disappointing with no flavour other than salt. The whole meal was absolutely disgusting, and I would advise anybody Not to get from here!!
