Nice clean and friendly restaurant with a good view of the Cardiff bay. Prices were cheap for what is being sold and it was a great place to spend a Sunday evening, would 100% recommend to anyone if you are in the area There are plenty of seats inside and outside if you wish to dine in or the takeaway for ice cream outside of the store. Really quick service by the staff, i ordered a Proper Mint Sundae and it arrived within 10 minutes and tasted great. Enjoyed it Vegetarian options are available and multiple milk options/dairy requirements are available but you need to ask the staff directly if you want any changes to your order
Great location, good selection of cakes, ice cream and drinks, decent prices. What isn't to like? Slightly surprised given that it is surrounded by big chain places which I dislike.
First time in this place and wow is all I can say. The staff were so lovely and made a big fuss of my dog. Gave him treats and they even sell dog ice cream. Sat inside and had coffee and it was spotless. Well done this is my new regular coffee place during our walks.
Cadwaladers is a very popular take-away and undoubtedly the best place to have icecream when you are in the Cardiff Bay area. My wife and I loved the incredible ice-creams here, which are all locally sourced. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. They also have a lot of spaces for dine-in and the view towards the Cardiff Bay is lovely. Overall, a good place and would highly recommend.
Spent a few days in Cardiff and this was by far the best place we ate at. Drink tasted so amazing. Views from the cafe are beautiful. Food was perfect...if you are ever in the area definitely try this place because you won't regret it. Brilliant service too
We had a toasted cheese & onion and cheese salad sandwiches with a couple of cups of coffee - nice food and good service
Comfortable and nice sea view. Lemon & Ginger Tea is very nice because they put real lemongrass instead of tea bag
Best Ice cream ever. Proud it was founded in North Wales... Criccieth North Wales back in the day, it was only one flavour vanilla to now have so many choices.. Keep it up and open more outlets
Found this delightful Cafe yesterday on a brief visit to Cardiff. Lovely, friendly Staff, great ambience and delicious Teacakes & Fruit Scones with a great Cuppa. Will definitely recommend and return one day . Thank you ladies
