Good and fabulous breakfast food :
Note the best reviews are from year/years ago. Can't cook a hashbrown they are foul. Black pudding tasted like something I'd never eaten, some bacon is soft and other bits crispy Sausages under cooked or over cooked and warmed up to order. No hair nets ever seen Was about £6,50 for a special breakfast and only the eggs,beans,bread was fit to eat AVOID
Brilliant lil workmans cobshop, greay doorstep sandwhiches and the ploughman salad box is massive!
Went to this place some 8 years ago was delicious though I’m passing by again 8 years later il give it a try absolutely discusting! Brough a cob for me and the mrs I had a ham salad and she had a bacon and sausage. Her bacon was rock solid and burnt she didn’t end up eating it! And my ham salad the lettuce was pretty much stork! Really try will not be visiting this place again that’s for sure
Busy little place at lunch time with local orders and walk ins but you don't have to wait long with plenty of staff to get your food to you... I ate in the seating area which is a bit small to be honest and could do with being bigger as i shared my breakfaat with 5 waiting customers if the fridge was moved might give a bit more elbow space. Good choice on offer and a good selection of everything hot and cold the food was lovely and enjoyable.
Food was alright and competitively priced. Hash browns were a little firm, but I still ate them and was full after!
Do the bins on this road, one of the loaders will usually pop in and grab a few cobs. Always been tasty, never cold or burnt, no problem eating from here.
Brilliant cobs, cold salads, breakfast selection box. Great friendly staff. Saturday Full breakfast large rolls are amazing.
Great little Cob Shop closes at 1:30 get there early don't miss out
