Cadbury World is a fantastic place to visit! There’s so much more to do than I expected. I loved learning how chocolate is made and getting to taste some delicious samples. The fun activities are perfect for all ages, and there are interesting displays about the history of Cadbury. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. If you love chocolate, this is a must-see attraction in Birmingham. I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!
There is obviously room for improvements however we enjoyed it with our little one. It's a nice journey through the history of Cadbury and an easy form of entertainment for parents and adults alike. Jay who demonstrated the process of how the chocolates were molded and designed was very entertaining and informative. In general all the staff members were very polite and just made the experience feel a little more comfortable. Enjoyed the ride and the informative shows.
Having not been here in over 20 years, I was super excited to return with my son. It was amazing, truly incredible <3 any doubts, just go. Yes, everything's a bit pricey, but you know what you don't need to buy lunch at the cafe, but it adds to the experience. The white chocolate mokka was awesome. We all work hard, and things are are challenging in these difficult times Just for a few hours you forget about that being transported back into a care free world with lots of free samples of chocolate.. what more do you want from life?! They say life is about memories and we certainly made some here today The laser shooting thing was highly enjoyable. They do have some construction works happening which is not an inconvenience at all. Enjoy. Life is too short.
Having visited Cadbury World around 15 years ago I was so excited to take my 4 year old to visit a chocolate factory... what a disappointment. Where we had an amazing tour of the chocolate factory years ago, you can now no longer go inside. So what's the point? All we had was a measly demonstration of tempering chocolate and putting it in a mould. This isn't progress, this is a huge rip off. £75 for 2 adults and 1 child for a 30 minute attraction. No wonder, no magic. Just a short shooting style ride and a 4d cinema. An utter waste of money and I am so very sad that my daughter won't get the experience I had all those years ago. Even the shop was a disappointment.
It was good but there are definitely some improvements that could be made. When we visited there were a lot of attractions closed down due to building work There isn’t anywhere to actually see the chocolate being made in terms of the actual factory itself and it would be good if this aspect was addressed.
Great visit to Cadbury world today. At 96 years young it is one of his favourite attractions. It was a shame the accessible ride was not in operation, but hopefully we can do this on a return visit when the renovations have all been completed. The staff were very helpful, friendly and took the time to make his visit enjoyable. Extra praise for the staff working in the “Have a go” area today, who were extremely helpful and went the extra mile for us.
I was expecting just a normal walk through but that experience blew my mind at my age at 54. It's the best experience for kids undoubtedly one that will live long in the memory. Spoiler the 4d cinema at the end will take your breath awayVisited onWeekendWait time1 hr+Reservation recommendedYes
Great time at Cadbury World, we went with 2 older children age 11 and 15 and they enjoyed the experience! We didn't have time to walk around the whole site but we will definitely be back next year to do it. You can get hands on with the chocolate too! Would recommend a visit if your in the area of Birmingham. We expected to be there for about an hr but we were there 2+ hrs and still hadn't done everything. We used our tesco club card vouchers for entry, also comes under merlin passes.
I went a couple of years ago with the kids and loved it, and so did they. However this time they were doing renovations, which can't really be helped but there was no mention on the website. Still enjoyed ourselves, the food was decent too Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
Can’t fault it really. Full ticket price may be slightly overpriced but lots to do, fun for all ages and lots of chocolate to be had. Shop has very good bulk discounts. All Audio aspects of the tour have a video of a sign language interpreter translating the audio. Very good idea and very inclusive.Visited onWeekdayWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYes
