The tacos came as a big portion and the beef was really nice,sauce separate made them nice and saucy. Rib fingers again large portion but lacked flavour. Nachos grande also lacked flavour and the tortilla chips were cold which was a big put off but overall not bad. The service was really good.Food: 2/5

Thanks to LNER, we were stranded in Doncaster unexpectedly last night. Shared a cab with a local who mentioned Cactus Jack when asked for dining recommendation. So glad he did! Had the chicken & steak fajitas. Huge portions - didn't finish everything. All fresh and tasty. Staff were absolutely lovely. Fun cowboyish tunes, great atmosphere. Plug points at each booth for emergency charging. Good fun after a rubbish day

Read some bad reviews but decided to go anyway and so glad we did. Had a fantastic time. Ordered bottomless brunch but was a tad worried as the manager was on her own. We needn't have worried as the service was excellent and she was very attentive. Definitely will be going again with more friends, especially when they get the live music.

My manager treated me to a lunch today as thanks for my performance at work. She asked where I wanted my lunch from and i immediately said Cactus Jacks as love or rather loved their burgers.  It was takeaway and I asked for what id always had before....a plain burger with wedges. I can't describe what was served up. It was nothing like what I'd ever been served before from there. The burger was rock solid and i mean rock solid all the way round the edge. A centimetre in from the edge was not much better and inedible. The burger was black and hard all the way to the centre. I cant undrmerstand why the chef let it go out of the kitchen. It went in the bin. Not sure why thos happened as usually theyre extremely delicious burgersfrom Cactus Jacks. The wedges were great! But its a shame my manager who just wanted to treat me and had  paid money out of her own purse, and not company money had to witnes me throw the gift in the bin :  I'd specifically requested my treat from Cactus Jack's when she asked where did i want the lunch from. My manager had ordered other items. They were fine. Extremely disappointing today with my unusually horrendous burger.

Title: Disappointing Dining Experience  Rating:   I recently visited Cactus Jack in Doncaster, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The overall service was disappointingly slow, making it difficult to get the attention of the staff throughout the meal. The food took quite a while to arrive from the kitchen, and when it did, it was far from satisfactory.  I ordered the chili burger, but it appeared to be overcooked and burnt, which was a letdown. My partner opted for the ribs, only to find them dry and unappetizing. Regrettably, it wasn't just our meals that were subpar; the rest of our group had similar complaints about their food.  To make matters worse, the difficulties continued even when we wanted to settle the bill and leave. It was a challenge to get the staff's attention at the end of our meal.  Overall, my recent visit to Cactus Jack was far from enjoyable. Considering my past experiences were nothing special either, I am inclined to say that I won't be returning anytime soon.

Good size portions! Ribs are good and the chicken wings on the ribs and wings combo are next level beaut!!   Service a bit slow but not too bad. Won't stop me going again!

The customer service here is amazing. They are very polite and welcoming. Atmosphere is lovely inside too, however some foods weren’t available such as the T-Bone Steak and the share garlic bread side. My food wasn’t the best however my partner thoroughly enjoyed his meal. They do offer dessert but not much of a selection. Will definitely be returning to see what else they have to offer.

note the picture of main course is missing a few prawns as they were eaten before i took a pic!  starters we had chicken. this is the reason for 4 not 5 stars, they were nice but at same time could tell they were just mediocre frozen ones the mains came with jack Daniels sauce and was very nice, a little pricey for 10 once compared to others local, but it was very nice too so still worth the money.  the pints of coke  came in frozen glasses which made a nice change. would go again staff very nice and polite

The food at cactus jacks is amazing, the chef has some serious talent. They have a great variety of meals which a brought to you by some of the most friendly staff that I’ve seen in any restaurant. My server was Corey and he did a fantastic job at making sure our meal was amazing and was more than happy to get anything we needed. The restaurant has an amazing atmosphere which makes you want to return. Thank you Cactus Jacks Team!

I had bottomless brunch here and the service was exceptional! We were always topped up and even were given some Tequila rose shots. It was such a lovely unexpected delight!Food: 5/5
