My husband and I came from Canada to spend time with my sister Milly who was suffering from lung cancer. Sadly she passed away 6 days after we arrived. It was such a sad time emotionally, physically and mentally. We rearranged our flight to be able to attend the funeral which was a green burial. The team at C. T. Evan’s were outstanding.nGwyn came and sat in the garden with us to discuss the arrangements according to my sisters wishes. He spent time, never rushing and brought a feeling of warmth and family to our discussion. We will never forget his humour, sensitivity and caring throughout the whole process.nThe day of the funeral went beautifully, in a meadow with glorious sunshine and everyone sitting on the grass. Gwyn stood on the hill, professional at all times looking very sharp and again it felt like he was there not as the undertaker but more like a family friend.nWe will never forget the wonderful service we received from C. My daughter and I came from Australia to attend the funeral of my brother-in-law, Rowland Jones. It was, of course, a sad occasion but made easier by the professionalism and warmth of Benny . The funeral arrangements were efficiently carried out but in a respectful manner. The attention to the principal mourners was one of sustained warmth and support. His attitude was consistently positive with a willingness to please and to create an uplifting celebration of Rowland’s life.
