Rented with Rex Walker for 4.5 years, and it has been a flawless experience! Kind, welcoming, responsive, and communicated with me like an adult, which is often not the case for student tenants! I'm sad to be leaving, but even the leaving process was seamless, with a kind personal touch! Having treated his house with respect and care, my deposit was returned within two days. If my future landlord is just half as good as Rex Walker, I'll sleep sound!

This is to publicly thank Charlie Taylor for all his help in getting my home up to a good standard. He has put up with me tirelessly over the last few months and got the ball rolling on several jobs that were in dire need of getting done. My home now is already so much nicer and more comfortable than in my 16 years of living here. There is still a lot to be done, but it should all be done by the years end. I spent 2 years in the same property with CP Walker, they always sorted out any issues promptly and were really good at responding to emails / concerns. When we stayed for the 2nd year they also negotiated that rent remained the same even though the landlord wanted to increase.  Simply put i cannot fault their service for the last 2 years. I have been with many companies over the years and they have really stood out for being professional and efficient. 0 faults and 0 complaints for 2 years worth of tenancy.

We were so impressed by the service we received recently when selling through CP Walker. Caroline Baker worked tirelessly throughout, frequently going above and beyond and dealing calmly and professionally in resolving all issues, even when many new 'challenges' and 'surprises' - completely beyond the control of CP Walker or ourselves - arose. Whenever others 'found' problems, she consistently found solutions.  Caroline kept us very well informed throughout and pro-actively chased certain other parties involved in the process when communication was not forthcoming from them. We could not have asked for a better estate agent experience and consider the fee extremely good value for all that Caroline did for us in seeing the sale through from beginning to end.  Thanks and credit also go to Mark Finnigan, who helped and advised us greatly and used his skills and experience to guide us safely away from some potential serious pitfalls that we otherwise wouldn't have had a clue about ourselves.  We are very glad indeed that we chose to sell through CP Walker and would not hesitate in the slightest to highly recommend them. It shouldn't have to be said, but in an industry which has a widespread negative reputation, their honesty and integrity stood out like a bright reassuring beacon from start to finish.  David Perry my Son uses my Google account for his channel!

Not very good at all at following up with issues. We had quite a large leak from the bathroom to kitchen ceiling, phoned up to report it, heard nothing, waited a week, nothing went in to check up on it and got told loudly and rudley, that it wasn't their job to check whether someone had been to sort it... Reported the fact that the neighbours had broken our fence quite badly, I was then told it's not the properties fence so CP can't do anything, then told me that I would have to go to the neighbours find out who they rent from and then pass on the info... Before leaving I said I wasn't comfortable with anyone in my house without me there, they just decided they'd come and go as they please when I wasn't in. Walked in on them showing people round.   Would never rent from again to be honest.

We use CP Walker & Son's insurance division for all our block management policies. They are very thorough and reliable. As a broker they look at the whole market and we can be certain that the policies offered have been researched carefully. Recommended.

I have not been renting from  C P Walker & Son for a long period, but have sensed their professionalism since day one. Mason Brown has always been so helpful in facilitating the renting process and answering questions. I would highly recommend C P Walker & Son.

I finished renting a apartment with C P Walker & Son and will move there very soon. Thanks Mason and Sarah for their professional service. The process is so fast and smooth, highly recommended

They do not care about their long standing tenants. There is no flexibility. They want to be right and do what they want to do. It's one bad situation after another with them, they feel very self entitled and the staff can start off as nice, but that changes quickly. They lack customer service.

Recently rented a property through CP Walker. Dom ensured the whole process was seamless and kept us informed at each stage. Would highly recommend.
