I recently ordered and received a huge bag of bark clippings from CPA, there’s not a lot one can say about mulch apart from that it was dry and of decent quality. I can say quite a lot about CPA though. I was notified immediately that my order had gone through, then when there was a mechanical breakdown on the loading machinery I was again notified straight away. As soon as it was fixed they gave me a new delivery day and it turned up bang on time. Great communication skills, well done CPA

Bought some intensive roof garden soil, the quality is excellent, delivery was also on time and price was very competitive. Had a minor issue which was resolved quickly and I would also like to thank Toby who was great.

Received my delivery of mushroom compost this morning 18.11.20 to our allotment site which is notoriously difficult to find. The driver rang as arranged when he was 45 minutes away to enable me to meet him on site and true to his word he arrived at the agreed time. He was most helpful with the unloading process and could not have been more courteous. Product looks great and is secure in its bags. Well done all concerned

I would highly recommend CPA Horticulture,  my order was acknowledged,  a date for delivery arranged almost immediately.  The delivery details were sent first thing on the day I was expecting it, then a 2 hour slot .  The delivery driver wheeled it to exactly where I wanted it. The quality of the compost was magnificent,  all spread around my garden within a couple of hours. Great service..thank you

Very good service. First time I have bought mushroom compost for mulching. Ordered 1.5 tonnes and came in useful 20l bags. Delivery service good too, able to choose date and updates throughout day. Happy customer.

First class product, packaged sufficiently well; delivered on day arranged had a phone call to advise time, we have a very awkward access and the driver did his absolute utmost to access our property ... I have not hesitation in recommending :

I ordered a 1 tonne bag and was told delivery date would be 16/4/18.  No show of delivery.  Asked for refund & was told I'd have to wait 3-4 days for refund. Still no show of refund after 4 days.  Had to call and inform them I am without the goods and without the funds for the goods and had to ask for a refund again and once again told I have to wait another 3-4 days.  Unfortunately, I'm very unhappy with this service and will not purchase anything from them again.

Very poor product delivery service. I think as Compost order stands this order was expensive, I ordered 1 ton and paid in full including delivery. Delivery was split into two days without notice that it’s split due to some issues at the depot.  The driver refused to go inside my drive to drop the pellet where we expected it. We had to hire local labour to carry the compost bags into our garden as the driver seem inexperienced and very unhelpful. I will not recommend CPA Holticulture.
