I would like to review this company after my first experience. I had a few problems but would like to highlight the customer service received from the staff was outstanding. I am not worried about the costs. I work on principles and the way everything has been handled. I appreciate the fact that took time to contact me to apologise. Although how very frustrating it can be. They tried the hardest their end. I will need alot of soils to come and will therefore without doubt. Definatly use them again. Communication is the most important part for me of which I recived. Thank you

I ordered a 1 tonne bag and was told delivery date would be 16/4/18.  No show of delivery.  Asked for refund & was told I'd have to wait 3-4 days for refund. Still no show of refund after 4 days.  Had to call and inform them I am without the goods and without the funds for the goods and had to ask for a refund again and once again told I have to wait another 3-4 days.  Unfortunately, I'm very unhappy with this service and will not purchase anything from them again.
