I am in a Wrexham council house property and having kitchen bathroom and toilet refurbished the workmen are doing there work to a high standard but if you are expecting a hassle free time you wont get it management change there mind on jobs do not communicate and leave you days with no work being done and don't tell you why they send workmen to do jobs that have already been done which all results in your time being wasted bad points are no communication and very frustrating staying in day after day not knowing what is going on you have to ring them up every day sometimes to get know where.
