We invited Craig to deal with damp on our office wall which housed the original 1830s chimney. He examined the wall, and provided a quotation for the work involved in venting the chimney, damp sealing, adding plasterboard and skimming, which we accepted. He arranged a skip, removed all the old plaster, and confirmed the problem was the old plaster had breached the DPC. He returned to dab on the plasterboard and skim the surface and add vents to the old brickwork, and arranged a carpenter to fit new skirting boards. Craig's work was of a very high standard, he was punctual, friendly, polite and very helpful in explaining all the technical details. His quotation provided good value for money and we are very pleased with the result.
Craig has done a number of jobs for us whilst we have been slowly redecorating our house. Craig is always polite, professional, punctual and his work is of excellent quality. Highly recommend!
