Very slow in dealing with their HR department.  Often unable to get through, and never return my calls.  Front cashiers staff very pleasant, but back office difficult to deal with.  I would not want to bank here personally.

I feel blessed to be able to bank with C Hoare & Co., a wonderful company to say the least.
