They said we doing MOT , I took my car there , they fail it , I told them , I’m gonna fix all the faults and all the advisory points too , after sorting all faults ,I took the car back , they did pass it but the advisory’s ones still there , asking why , they told me they don’t know , because they didn’t done the MOT , they took my car to Cramlington for MOT , and they charged £70 , and every where else was £30-50 , they really dogggy
I was recommend to Plessey Autos by another local garage as I needed help welding an exhaust tip to my vehicle's stock pipe. Roy was really helpful and friendly, fantastic communication and got the job done for me within 10 minutes. 5* service!
Had a few issues with my Mercedes ML. This garage was recommended by friends. Within a day they had my issues resolved which I was pleased about. Injectors are a nightmare. A guy named Jonny & his team had it all sorted. Even decided to get my ML serviced etc there today too. Very impressed by the knowledge of Gemma there who gave me lots of helpful tips etc with the upkeep of my car. Will definitely use this garage again. Good value for money too. Well done!
Honest and fair pricing, mots they check basic fails there and then to see if can fix. Like a number plate bulb loose they would fix and not be idiots about. You get a safe car and good work done.
I agree with last comment. Absolute disgrace. Had my car for months. Car was sat in same position outside with no glass in for months. Took it to bits so I couldn't take it away, adding one thing after another to the list of jobs & after asking numerous times they could not give me a price for the work. They charged me £1500 or there abouts in the end & they charged me for me supplying them with the wrong wheel studs & cutting them down even though they specifically told me what size studs to get. They did a terrible job & customer service is a joke. Avoid at all costs.
Just had my car at another garage after plesseys did work on suspension on behalf of autorite NE. Took it to another garage as car felt unstable. Result was I am told I'm lucky to be alive. None of the rear suspension parts were tightened only hand tight.rear suspension was moving while car was being driven. None of the wheels alighlned following suspension work. Cowboys
In response of Kevin Waymens review i would like people to know that I've been a regular customer of jonnys for a number of years and have not dealt with a more honest and reliable man yet. He always has gone the extra mile for me and has never let me down yet. I'm not aware of the finer details of your particular experience at plessey auto services but know enough to be sure that the rubbish you have posted is wildly exaggerated and obviously the words of someone trying to take advantage of a unfortunate accident. You seem to me to be the kind person who would complain about a free meal it it wasn't hot enough and unfortunately nowadays the likes of this Google reviews arms people like yourself a weapon to rubbish a hard working highly competent man's business when things don't go there way. Disregard this man's review Jonny has looked after me my family and friends and i can't fault him as for being a liar and a their it takes one to know one kevin!
I wouldn’t trust this garage as far as I could chuck them I took my partners car there to get the jets fixed on front windscreen and a few other little jobs and I called them to see if it was all done and he told me he took the car out for a test drive to make sure everything else was ok and he smashed her car up so he told us to claim on his insurance and he would cover the excess and the other money what was owed to us and now he doesn’t return text messages, phone calls or letters that we have sent , he agreed to pay us everything we were entitled to but never did I would not trust Johnny at all he is a pure liar and a thief BEWARE OF THIS GARAGE AND THE OWNER. JOHNNY HE WILL RIP YOU OFF
Get all my familys & friends MOTs done here, very accommodating and friendly. MOT tester really knows her stuff. All staff are happy to help and fit you in for a quick turn around.
