The first time we came in contact with C&G Fencing & Patio Centre was in February 2015. We decided to Patio part of our garden, I must admit the first time their service and work was splendid, we were so happy and impressed with the final result that we decided to contact them again in March 2016 when we decided to Patio the remainder of the garden. This time we were disappointed, the work was not as good as last time, the Patio was not finished properly, were the year before they finished all the corners with stones this year they choose to leave it empty and leave us to deal with the finishes. There are already a couple of Patio tiles that have come out in the new part of the patio, we reported this to the company and someone did come round to have a look and they told us that they will fix them for us, we called them a couple of extra times after this to try and figure out when someone would be round, it is now May and we are still waiting for someone to come round. We had other work that needed to be done, mainly involving fencing, they gave us a quote but they never followed up on it even though I called many times to book a date with them. I am bitterly disappointed with their service and I am sorry to say that I will not use them again in future.

This company were slow, rude and largely uninterested in our business. We called to request a quote on 16th May, the earliest they could see us was 23rd May (compared to 2 other companies who came to quote within 48 hours), we decided to wait on them to see how they compared. The person that came to quote was friendly and professional and promised to forward the quote by email. When we hadn't received the quote I chased it on the 26th, I was told the office were busy, but they would get it to us the following morning. I chased again on the afternoon of the 27th, and was told that it would take as long as it took, the office were busy, and they couldn't tell me when the quote would be sent, but it would be at least the 31st (over 2 weeks from my initial phone call, and over a week after their visit). I asked if someone could give me a call back to let me know when the quote would be available. They said they would, I explained we were waiting on the quote and were anxious to proceed as soon as possible, I wasn't angry, but I was a little frustrated and felt let down. I received a voicemail later in the day that stated as I was shouting on the phone they wouldn't be completing and work for us (at this point they still haven't quoted!). My phone conversation was witnessed by someone else who knows that I didn't even raise my voice! I would avoid this company at all costs as they are rude, disorganised and disinterested in actually completing any work for customers!
