What a rip off. I bought a zano dimmer from there the other day on my card. The guy tried charging me £44 so I said that wasn’t the right price. He agreed to sell it at £39 I said it was still far to expensive, I was in a rush so reluctantly bought it. I found it on their website for £20. This happens all the time with cef. Try Screwfix or Toolstation, I managed to get a v pro dimmer for £13 yesterday.

So lazy and incompetent staff. Served 2x customers in front of me for about half an hour while customers was purchasing few small simple items. They don't know any products ranges they selling, and not really helpful with customers. When customer asked for simple item he goes each time for 5 minutes to find the item and 3-4 times bringing wrong item. There is 10 persons of staff but only one serving customers. When guy at the till asked other in office to come and help him serve customers5x customers was waiting in the queue - noone came whiley 3 guys was sklmoking outside and other had their conversion and wasn't really busy. Horrible place!!!

Slowest service ever. Just serve their mates or stand out back chatting. Overpriced and worst parking ever

The guy who served me was very helpful.he showed me what was in stock and I was happy with the price.

Nice enough blokes in store, and parking is pretty bad but it's their driver that needs to go.

Nightmare to park anywhere inside the industrial centre or outside in the main road, staff aren't exactly enthusiastic or vibrant with energy to see you either but they did have everything that I needed... still a good shop but an experience!

Cef worst electrical wholesalers in UK, I've tried the all, just a waste of time

Great place to came  and get all required materials in competitive prices. Staff is really helpful and competent especially Mario. opening credit account there brings even more benefits and new branch manager Andy is  always helping with small or bigger deals. Using this place now as primary wholesaler.

Was served twice now by a gentleman callled MARIO. He truly knows his staff and is extremely welcome and helpful honestly I was not expecting a customer service like the one he gave me twice from a Electricion shop I don’t know why but this was one of the best service I received. He made me feel easy as I didn’t know what I was looking for. He gave the best advice and got things which I needed. On my first visit he even cut a metal pipe with me.  And I need metal lid to cover something he tried his best to get me metal or plastic one.  Thank you CEF And Thnak you MARIO

Andy he was very polite nice and always prompt, Any things I have asked to him,, he never complained .very polite person motivated in what is doing, fast to service, and happy to show all me even all the building inside. I definitely recommend this shop. Regards Luca The Electrician form The one
