Absolutely first class from start to finish - initial and follow up communications, were followed up every time as per agreed times and days.  
The work itself was excellent  and the time taken to make sure it was right made the cost well worth the money!
He told us that after the grout dried if there was anything we saw that wasn't quite right to let him know.  We did notice a tiny issue where a little grout was not as level as the rest, he came straight back, and for what would have been a 2 min job, he spent at least 2 hours going over the whole area to make sure there was nothing else that we may have missed ourselves,
Would have him back to do any other work without another thought.
