This place is one of my favourites in London, I always have the vegan burger which is one of the best I've ever had. Audi, the girl who served me was smiling all the time and I really enjoyed spending time there, service is top quality every time. Prices reflect the quality of the product. Thanks guys <3
Popped here on a sunny day to grab a bite after a tour of the design museum. Service was good, but the table we were sat at was not cleaned before sitting down, so we had to watch the waiter wipe crumbs into our laps. For Starters we got some chicken wings - couldn't resist not getting them after looking at the table next to us. For mains I had a cheeseburger and upgraded to the courgette fries. The chicken wings while looking good were the toughest chicken meat I've ever eaten - almost inedible. The courgette fries were dripping oil - the bowl had a layer of it at the bottom - really off putting. The cheeseburger was good - nicely presented and it did taste fresh good quality ingredients I guess Overall the burger gets top marks but the courgette fries and chicken wings really let the place down. Come here for the burger, but not much else.
I used to order via Deliveroo from the Westbourne grove branch often and it was delicious. Occasionally they would overlook the burger but not often. However that shut down and now this is the local one. And it’s a shame - as they almost always overcook the burger! They simply can’t get it right. It’s almost always well done. Frankly a Byron burger only tastes good at medium temperature, rendering this branch pointless.
We got a burger and chicken salad. Good was very mediocre and took a long time to come out even though the restaurant was not busy. Burger was medium and not medium rare and food was definitely overpriced. Chicken on the salad was dry and lacked flavour. The burger barely had any avocado as you can see from the picture. Cannot recommend this place.
It wasn’t gross... average food, would have been more enjoyable if they had been properly staffed. Server was really sweet but it was clear by the wait times to order, to get food, to get the check that they were understaffed.
A really good burger. The fries are okay. The shake is good too. Overall, good experience
Conveniently located right beside the Holland Park entrance along Kensington High Street. Comfortable, relaxed and quiet-ish place to rest tired feet after walking around the area all day. Family friendly. Perhaps that's what we're paying for, because, for the type of food served, it's overpriced.
Refurbished 3 weeks ago, definitely the best Byron that gives a modern atmosphere with delicious burger and fries. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, especially with respect to allergies. I would recommend if you are in search for a nice tasting comfort burger on any day. Prices for burger range from £10 to £14 and include fries or a salad.
Best burger I've ever eaten, fast service and low price.
Good burgers and great fries : would be a five-star but there was one waitress red hairs, young woman who was really unfriendly and in a very bad mood...:/ greetings from Germany
