The September special is way overrated and overloaded with pickles. Brooklyn IPA sauce is the only special ingredient so 15.95 is too much vs other specialized chicken joints. I can save the always super courgette fries and quick service be generous with gratuities, their people work hard
Great location with good views. Servers were welcoming and wanted to have a laugh. Their buffalo wings with blue cheese dip are my favourite menu item Highly recommend the Beetnik burger if you want a vegan option.
Good service but I unfortunately the cost cuttting is so annoying....! Always had a grease cutting gherkin with the burger before which i enjoyed and made them unique now got no gherkin. Got usual large mug with fries which looked amazing because it looked packed but again this was just paper trickery.... It was probably 20% full. Everyone noticed table of 5 Wouldnt mind if they were half the price of before but the cost cutting is just sad. Sorry things like this really frustrate me and theyre terrible decisions by management, as if the customers wouldnt notice!
Food was perfect and service was simply awesome. Concretely we were attended by Michael, who was so kind from the moment we arrived, always with a smile on his face. We'll repeat for sure! Thanks
I prefer them to GBK. Nice staff and customer service. Friendly and funny waiter. Food was great. Also had treat a friend deal going on so had one burger free. Ordered the B-rex for both me and my boyfriend. They came medium which was what we wanted. Just excellent. Two soft milkshakes was a bit too much for both of us though. Next time we will go for one . Will give you more images next time.
Great shakes and decent burgers. I was particularly impressed by the stacked sweet potato fries. Staff here were also helpful and friendly. Although they couldn't answer my question about where was "east coast of California"...
Amazing service& atmosphere! Staffs are always happy and polite, food is delicous! Especially the classic bryons burgers! Definitely worth coming back for!

Food was ok. Service was extremely slow the wait was well over 40mins. The sitting up stairs area is extremely shabby!!, food was cold. Cider was lovely & the customer service was good.
Great service... Excellent food with a lovely view of London if you sit on the roof terrace!
