Brilliant surgery. I see the same doctor on every visit who was supported me well.
Recently moved to the area and had to do the dreaded change of GP. I needn't have worried, Lyn in the admin department was fantastic, she registered our family of 5 by that same afternoon and booked in my daughter for her flu vaccination by the following day. Such a huge difference from the medical centre we were at previously where you could never get an appointment or had to hold on the phone for close to an hour to speak to someone! So happy with BMC.
I want to give a great appreciation to Dr Stephen Gieissler! Honestly hands down the best Dr. He’s so polite and listens to you, we’re else in the past I felt rushed and stupid, he makes you feel at ease and never judges. You couldn’t ask for a nicer Dr. Want to also give the whole doctors surgery a massive thanks, called at 8am only 9th in que and got an appointment within an hour! I have never ever had a problem with appointments. Thank you so so much
Just moved my parents into Woodford Halse and registered them at this doctor’s. From the minute I brought them in I was reassured by the caring, supportive and professional manner of all the staff particularly Lyn who registered them.. Everything was dealt with promptly and I’m pleased to know they’re in safe hands.
