Bored of not getting the medical care for my son that I am requesting, he had IBS and some sort of food intolerance and not one doctor in the establishment can help me. Being told my sons so healthy until he got blue lighted to aberdeen, genuinely concerned and confused as to how the practice is even open because not one doctor bats an eyelid until you loose it. Pay rises for what? No appointments? Medical negligence? Or a good old pay rise for the doctors that won't even look his way. How many complaints until the health board actually DO SOMETHING!!
There is a clear reason this GP is rated so poorly! I am simply trying to get a sick note. First of all the person who answered the phone clearly pretended they couldnt hear me. I called 4 times from 2 different phones and they kept saying that I need to speak if I want any help. My partner then called for me immediately after from one of the same phones and it miraculously worked with no issues.The person that took my registration for this gp clearly miss typed my email address incorrectly which isnt the end of the world, yet Heather the incredibly rude and dismissive woman I spoke to over the phone insisted that it's because I'm so stupid that I dont know my own email address. Then refused to send me my sick note until I'm off the phone, because she is so busy. I assume that it wont be sent this time either but who knows maybe she will somehow manage to get the time to press the send button by the end of the day.
It would be a far better use of tax payers money to shut this place and relocate the "doctors" and I use that term lightly to other practices where they might actually see patients, rather than making them jump through ridiculous procedures just to be ignored and refused treatment! It's terrible that the people of huntly are still being subjected to this god awful service!!!
Worst practice I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Put in a complaint and they refused to investigate through management. Doctors are rude and not willing to listen to patients.
