We’ve used BVS ever since moving to Brackley, and always had great service! Recently we took our car in after it started making a strange noise, and after identifying the problem we decided not to repair it; despite having spent time working on the car to diagnose the issue, BVS refused to charge us for their time, were really helpful and understanding, and didn’t push us at all to spend money with them. Would highly recommend them to anyone :)
