To begin with .... there are not many places to order from I'm buxton. Maybe 6 places .... Buxton grill with maybe a couple others are the chippy and kebab places. This place is very decent. Delivery was excellent, and food came piping hot and very well packaged, as they do their own delivery. Came to hotel with instructions I asked and can't fault them. Did a very good salad, kebab was nice snd fries cooked well. Pizza maybe a little overcooked but tasted nice. Fried chicken was terrible and fed not like at all ... One major thing I had was on ordering here all week last 2 days I ordered a cheese cake yet they still sent me a chocolate fudge cake. Overall you can't really miss with this place as food quality is good!
Twice in a row the order was delivered wrong. Last time was told the missing items would be 10 minutes, turned up over an hour later, this time again items missing so asked for the whole order to be sent again and we would give what they delivered back so we could eat together, wouldn't do this and said the missing items would definitely be with us within 10 minutes. 15 minutes later surprise, surprise still nothing so called again and they hadnt even sent it. Was then told it would be here in another 20 minutes, 20 minutes have now gone and what a surprise, no food! When it did finally turn up they still missed the chips off, jokers! We will try the new takeaway Big Chef that has just opened next time surely it can't be any worse than the service here. Complaint also left on Just Eat where the order was placed. If ordering from here make sure you order a few days before you actually want the food and you might be lucky and get it on time and if you are really lucky you might even get what you ordered.
If you ever get the wrong order is your fault not the staff that are unable to speak and understand english , also while i was waiting for the food to be done correctly i haven't seen any of them washing their hands so that will be the last time i will order from them . Also accepting cash only to ditch the taxes Don't order from them if you value your health
So rood ,it's one of them places u don't go to unless all the other takeaways are shut. Way they speak to you n then talk on there language, you just know there talking about you. Iv taken food back n still gave them another chance but its NO,NO,NO for me sorryFood: 3/5
Shocking as always, everything burnt even the tray
Good sized meal, reasonable price, presented well however rather salty to the point where I felt dehydrated the morning after no alcohol consumption

Been a couple of times now. Food was okay. Chips always seem to be soggy. Young girl who delivered the food was quite rude, accused me of not paying. Showed her email confirmation and asked her to check. "Oh yeah, says paid in small at the bottom of the receipt, I didnt see it". No apology. Wont be returning.
Managed to deliver wrong food every single delivery. Every. Single. Time.
Ordered from just eat app - when ordering a chicken burger, there was no option to add a salad so I automatically thought there would be salad on the burger but turned out there wasn’t. I also ordered a large mixed doner kebab, again, just came plain. No option again for salad or sauce. So it was all just dry. With the prices being regular if not even more pricey, you would expect them to have options or come with the added stuff already.
