Great location in the Heart of The High Peak , superb Brewery and Tap Room offering no fuss craft ale , along with delicious food offerings .nnSelf seating , order at the bar , food bought to your table Cash & Card accepted .nnStaff are super friendly , helpful - smiles and can do attitude make this a great place for an afternoon session with or without food .nnI chose the three dishes for £25.00 Yes, a little expensive , but what was ordered was delicious , and was substantially prefect . Washed down with Grinlow Session IPA.nnDog friendly which always a +plus . Water bowls and a water filling station , along with some gravy bones for your fur baby .nnI Highly recommend The Tap House , and looking forward to returning to sample more great food and ale .
We visited to try the micro-brewery beers and we were not disappointed. We had two flights of three thirds each and the beers were all absolutely fabulous. The food menu looked a little pricey and they'd ran out of quite a few things so we didn't bother eating there. We walked into town and picked up some stuff from Greggs. We then did the final 6.5 miles of our 12 mile walk back to Derbyshire Bridge.
Always fantastic range of local craft beer. Friendly staff and the new chef presents very well the range of accompanying dishes. Ideal for craft beer drinking. I'd recommend the belly pork.
Lovely family lunch, food and service was superb, sharing plates 3 for £25 were excellent value, so pleased food is back on and just as delicious as it always was!
Nestled in the shadow of the Buxton Opera House and Pavillion Gardens lies the Buxton Brewery Tap House.nnIt was quiet at the time of visiting. However, things soon picked up as the afternoon went on.nnThere are 18 taps of beer on both cask and keg. Plus cans available to drink in the bar. Plus a couple of ciders too. These are mostly from Buxton direct.nnThe staff were brilliant! I didn't catch the person's name. But, she was very friendly and happy to talk about beer we were there from 12:30 to 3:00 pm if that helps?nnThe atmosphere was really good it had a very good vibe about it and the music in the background was just as good.nnWe couldn't try the food as it's only served from Wednesday onwards.nnIf you're visiting Buxton then I'd highly recommend visiting for great beers, staff and atmosphere.
