In a flat panic, phoned up Butterflys at 4.15, and asked if they could get a bouquet of flowers to a Shipley address by 6pm same day - I would pay for a taxi if they made up the flowers.  No need for a taxi, they said - they would deliver for their normal rate.  Result - a really beautiful bouquet delivered by one of their staff at 5.15, and massively appreciated by the recipient.  Could not in a million years wished for a better service.

All the staff are really nice and friendly and really helpful and they always do a nice job and the choice of flowers are good to and i will only ever order my flowers from here because they are the best 
in town and the best I've had and the delivery service is great and they always deliver on the date you want and the price is good.

Fantastic service booked on line at around 1.30pm delivered by 2.30pm. Rang me to say had to change one or flowers. Great customer service. Will defo use again.
