I had an appointment for tooth reconstruction and scale+sandblasting. At my first visit I was told everything would be done next time. Today I was shocked – the same dentist not Polish never introduced herself, did the reconstruction but got annoyed when I said the filling felt uncomfortable. In the end She said she saw nothing wrong and didn’t have time to fix it as other patients were waiting. I asked about the rest of the treatment and was told to book another day, even though I took time off work for this. I refused to sign anything because I was in pain I didn’t have before. The dentist was rude and unhelpful. After speaking to the manager, another dentist fixed her work and now I feel fine. I think it was unprofessional and I shouldn’t pay full price for this “service”. Mixed feelings about this clinic – it depends entirely on which dentist you get.
They should work in trade, you go for a tooth filling, and maybe a crown, or maybe braces, or maybe a bridge, or something else, I'm surprised I haven't gone out with a vacuum cleaner yet, they try to push everything instead of doing what needs to be donennAlso I got email with my treatment with fair price of around 300£ and then next day boom 650£ so they just want make a nice profit from me I done it in other practice for 350.nMess with prices by phone one price but on the place charge you more.nnOverall good and professional dentist but … don’t trust them in 100%nnEdited after responsenMy higiene is spot on, I don’t have 2 tooth and yes yours doctor asked me if I want a bridgeor something which you fill gap after tooth extraction but yes she offered something which you suggested that it’s not possible with my conditions. You haven’t been with us in the room so maybe you don’t know what is going on in your clinic. one tooth 2 different doctors 2 different solutions at your practice and to different prices, that’s why don’t trust on 100%, I have proof, everything is on emails.nnAnd is vey unprofessional to share my private dental condition and higiene to everybody on the internet which I don’t explicit consent and I think it is against the law.nThat’s another reason why clinic can’t be trusted in 100%
I had dental treatment to make my upper front teeth even with Mr Gasparewicz. The result was incredible. He explained the procedure in a clear professional manner, stopping if needed and the end result was better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend this dentist. Came here to get fillings.nThe dentists that work here are professional, Receptionist are friendly and the work is amazing. I can't even tell I've had work done. Not to mention affordable prices.nI'd say the best dental in north Shropshire.
** get a second opinion if in doubt** I decided to go private for treatment a couple of years ago as lost trust in my NHS clinic.nThe treatment and procedure for my fillings went great at this practice. Clean tidy and professional staff. However..nnI had an x ray afterwards at this clinic and I was told I needed another 4 fillings! And that I had a growth starting with “something inside”nnWhilst I couldn’t afford to at the time and causing me no problems I decided to see how I got on.nnFast forward over 2 years I went for a check up. After the scan I was told I had only 1 concern of slight decay forming. Plus one filling that was just coming lose..nnSo complete utter nonsense coming out of butterfly clearly attempting to boost profits. Weather this was a genuine mistake or not nevertheless could have cost me unnecessary money. It’s a shame as I was pleased with the service but this has just proved you will make things up or make BIG mistakes for those margins. Disgusting.nnOther than that all good. Second opinion if you’re in doubt!!
