The level of treatment and care I have received from this dental practice is absolutely excellent. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. The pricing is very clearly explained.The practice is so clean and well looked after. I have needed to have several treatments for the first time in my life and Carmen does a thorough job of looking after my teeth. 5 stars nothing less.
Had my first appointment today and I was so nervous about attending but I needn't have been. The ladies at reception were lovely, and the Dentist and Nurse were just amazing, lovely, reassuring and made me feel comfortable there. Everything was explained clearly and was easy to understand. Can't wait to start treatment. Thank you so much
I have spent a lot of money here as it was needed and worth every penny. The young man who is my dentist is superb, he is extremely confident and I have 100% trust in him. Magda has been brilliant in giving me a lot of confidence as I needed a lot of work done and was there on each step of the journey. Love the transparency by providing a detailed price list online, many dentists try and con people by dropping the price during an appointment which can be a shock, you can be prepared here. Compared to a British dentist, it’s black and white, the equipment and cleanliness at butterfly is far superior! Doskonały!
I had to visit the dentist for an emergency appointment a few weeks ago. I just wanted to say how great the staff and service was that I received on the day. I have had follow up treatment since and that has also been exemplary. The receptionist arranged the appointment for me immediately and I was seen by the dentist within a few hours of arranging the appointment. The treatment its self was fantastic. I am not great with pain and I can say that I felt nothing throughout the treatment I received. I can only recommend this service as fantastic. From the receptionist to the surgeon's them selves the service was amazing. The cost of the treatment was also amazing and very inexpensive for the work I needed to have done. If you haven't yet found a dentist then you'd do well to get your self a long to this one.
Very disappointed.I explained my problem on a phone they were ready to help and made an appointment for £30 . But instead of help just got a consultation.nWasting time and money
