Very rude, abrupt and stuck up lady.  The business called 30mins before the appointment to cancel the appointment. Asked for an alternative date,  no appointments available, Ms gobby rudely said "Ask groupon for a refund" don't worry I DID and won't be using you again !!

Had a lovely 1 hour treatment package bought for here and the service was great! Would definitely recommend, the staff are so lovely!

Absolutely outraged with butterfly beauty!!I booked an appointment 3 weeks ago so I could have a nice massage and nice nails for my 21st birthday; sorted child care and booked a day off work. Got to the salon where they told me they had forgotten to put it in the system and there's nothing they can do and turned me away. As it's so late notice on a Friday, I'm now left with no nails for my 21st. Absolutely gutted.

One of the Best massages I have had, must see ladies at Butterfly beauty just visiting area for break away at hotel seen kadie for back neck and shoulder massage, she was lovely ,have back issues talked through, and she was brilliant feels so good recommend her ladies, if near here again will be back. Thank you for fitting me in xxx.

I've always had a great experience at Butterfly Beauty and this visit didn't disappoint either. It's a small enterprise but staff are so warm and welcoming and the hot stone massage is brilliant. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Paid for laser hair removal on wowcher. Ended up paying more as it only covered one part of bikini line so I added legs and upper lip whilst I was going there.  I have had ZERO difference to hair growth anywhere on my body.  Maybe I just have hearty hair.  The room is make shift and tiny. I would recommend going elsewhere for hair removal, th3 salon itself seems quite nice, but very small. I’m now having to pay t9 start all over somewhere.

Had a lovely massage and facial today very relaxing. Therapist very friendly. Booked back in for more treatments.
