Could not recommend this dental practice highly enough. All staff I have met have been extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. The reception area is extremely comfortable and all other areas are spotless. Graeme, my dentist, is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. He explains everything really well and makes sure I am happy with the treatment options I require. I have had quite a lot of treatment recently but his professional and skilled manner makes the long periods in the chair a lot less stressful and daunting than in the past. Thank you Buttercup!

Since going to buttercup 3 years ago I have had various different procedures. I'm not the bravest person and last week having a 2hr appointment booked for root canal treatment totally filled me with fear. Yes things were different than usual due to covid 19 however the practice was well managed and clear direction was given. I have had treatment previously from Anya at Buttercup and could never fault her. This appointment was with Graeme and I was apprehensive as I'd never had treatment from him. What an amazing dentist. Very thorough, did not flinch when getting injections even in the roof of my mouth. After this mammoth appointment I did not even need to take pain killers. Although I hope never to need root canal treatment again I will not hesitate to go straight back to Buttercup to Anya or Graeme. 2 incredible assets to the practice.

I am from Spain, and I have never been in a UK dentist as I always trusted my dentist in Spain  it is one of those things you don't understand till you are a foreigner  The thing is during covid19 I could not go back to spain so I decided to go to a uk dentist.  I have to say that I am very please I gave the first step to go to this dentist. I have been there several times treated by Dr Graeme Ker and I think he is the best dentist that I have been to in my life.  still i think my dentist Eva in spain is great though :P . He is very very profesional and at the same time he has very good personal skill. For a person terrified of needles is a good thing. You can clearly see that he enjoys his job, which it makes you feel like you are in good hands and you are safe. At the end of every treatment he takes a few minutes to talk to you outside to let you know the results and how the process went.  Another thing I liked about his professionalism is that I went to do a filling, and the dentist assistant was new and very confused  which is normal, everyone has to start from 0 at some point  and even though he was very focused doing his job and the girl didnt know certain things she was asked, he never got anxious or lost his pacient with the student, but he stopped and went through things with her different times very nicely. I know this is what we should expect from everyone, but we know this is not the case often.  Thus, I just want to recommend his service 100%. For me, the best dentist I have ever been  I hope Eva doesnt read me .  Well done, Dr Graeme I love seeing people enjoying their job.  Buttercup dentist 100% recommended.

Having recently moved to the area with my young daughter, it has been so nice to find Buttercup 7 Day Dental and not have to look any further.  You're made to feel immediately welcome by the lovely reception girls, whether speaking on the phone, by email or in person & in fact all the staff are friendly.  Angela is fantastic, always puts me at ease regardless of what is happening, and even managed to get my 2 year old to open her mouth for long enough to examine her teeth which I was amazed at!!  I have been recommending Buttercup to everyone and never want to go to anyone else.

By far the best dentist I've been to! They really do take a completely different approach to the who process. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The inside of practice was outstanding was more like a spa or coffee shop than your usual dentist waiting room with comfy chairs, ipads & Coffee. The service was top class. And they cover outside office hours.Would defiantly recommend Buttercup

Buttercup 7 Day dental was recommended by a family member who was very impressed....so was I. From registering to treatment was easy. The whole team are professional and friendly. Makes going to the dentist a joy. Gerwyn is very good...keeps you well informed at every stage of your treatment and answers any questions you may have. The evening appointments are great too.

Been a patient since opening. As always, extremely friendly and welcoming staff, and a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. The dental staff themselves are relaxing, reassuring and understanding. As someone with major 'dental fear' I've never felt uncomfortable here, and I genuinely feel more inclined to maintain my dental hygiene as a result. They are also amazingly flexible with appointments, with evening and weekend slots readily available!

I recently joined the Buttercup Dental practice and after my very first consultation I can honestly say it is by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist and I've had many. The entire ethos is amazing and staff are just lovely. Subsequent treatment was first class. I would highly recommend Buttercup it's fantastic.

Thanks to all at buttercup. Beautiful, professional practice where I feel safe and have only ever received gold standard care. I would like particularly to thank Graeme for his patience and compassion during my last few treatments and commend him on his excellent cosmetic work with my composite fillings. I really appreciate the atmosphere and experience that has been created here. Good job guys.

I could not recommend this dental practice more highly.  The opening hours mean I can get an appointment without taking time off or rushing away from work, and the dental treatment I've received has been excellent.  It's so much easier to relax when you're confident that the person working on your teeth is doing so with care and attention to detail, and explaining the process to put you at ease.  Full marks all round!
