It's a little different to normal with what's going on, but a good time still. Only annoyance would be having come as a family of 6, only allowed 5 at a table at entertainment. Not sure of the reasoning here, and every Red coat also said they don't know why they have that rule. But shows still good quality and plenty going on.

Went beginning December and absolutely loved it. Actually preferred that you had to book activities so much less stressful and seen many more shows. Can't wait to go again

COVID controls have been out into place throughout the site which made the the experience far more enjoyable.  Reduced numbers to shows meant there was plenty of space and the new table ordering app makes order food and drink very convenient.

We had a fantastic time and our residents from a care home enjoyed every bit of it. The service provided was tops and we had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much.

Had a great weekend break here. Staff are amazing, entertainment was great. Prices are very reasonable.
