One of the best worst kept secrets in Suffolk and some of the best seafood this side of the med. A reconfigured layout for lockdown actually improves the experience space-wise in this delightful relaxed café-restaurant. Staff are wonderful and now they even have time for a chat. Make sure you book.

Simply the best fish lunch: loved the prawn  piri piri. Lots of garlic, olive oil and chilli!.

Great meal - smoked hors d'oeuvres and sea bass. Delicious. The guys have dealt with the Covid restrictions really well and the place has lost none of its ambience. Brilliant.

Great fresh fish and seafood. It has barely changed in the 12 years or so I've been going - just simply cooked food with plain boiled skin-on potatoes. Decent wine list too, and doesn't break the bank.
