Shocking operator service and expensive rates for shoddy service. Called at 11pm to book a taxi for midnight, the earliest they could send one was 12.30. We agreed and went to meet the taxi at the allotted time. The taxi did not arrive. Called the operator to enquire the whereabouts of our taxi, the operator was incredibly rude and said they had sent the taxi for midnight but it had left because we were not there (because we had been told it would be there at 12.30...) Operator lied, was very sarcastic and a complete nightmare to deal with. Prices extortionate. We do not recommend, will never use again and very glad that we wont be returning to the area any time soon.

Great taxi service, I use them all the time, they are always on time and send a text when taxi is ready for you. All the drivers I've had have been really friendly and polite, as are the ladies on the phone. They know who I am and where I want to go. As a female I have never felt uncomfortable with any of the drivers. Would highly recommend.

I use them a lot. Helpful, friendly service when ordering or making enquiries. Prompt, friendly and reasonable drivers.
