We had such a blast on Christmas eve. The service was slow-ish due to the chaos. The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. Booking communication was easy and frequent.
Loved it. Service and staff were great, food was fantastic. Had mussels to start which were delicious, and then duck special main course which was again superb. I think I've found my new favourite place to eat out in Arundel!
Stylish place, very friendly staff and good menu. Overall food was very good and they made an effort for our 5 year old, even though this is more of an adult spot. Several items were missing from our dishes so not quite as described but the staff were quick to acknowledge and substitute.

This is my second visit to butlers with the family and just as before. Absolutely amazing both in food and customer service!!!!. Sasha and her team done a fabulous job in looking after us the food was so full of flavour and colour 10/10 thank you guys and will be seeing you very soon.
