The professionalism and care shown by both Roy and Kay for my mother's funeral was second-to-none.  We had previously used another company for our father's funeral, and whilst they were very good, the level of personal service from A.G. Butler was second-to-none.  They went above and beyond to ensure everything was just so.  From collecting and looking after my mother's ashes after the cremation until we were ready to pick them up, through to hand delivering the floral tribute cards, which had been nicely presented in a card holder the morning after the funeral.  I cannot recommend them enough.
