I appreciate that Sean took the time to understand the issues we've have with our hardware. What issues he could resolve, he did; for what was out of his expertise, he suggested a different service to call. Since he could not fix the wobbliness of our Weslock door handle, he suggested changing to a new handle, and re-keying the new lock to the old key. Next, Sean discovered that the old key was thicker than required to fit into the new lock, so he created a new set of keys for us which had a thinner profile, in order to work with the new lock. Lastly, the new plate for the frame was somewhat thicker, making it impossible to just push the door closed, so after his couple of trials, I opted to keep the thinner old plate. Sean was courteous and pleasant to work with, and on time also. Thank you, Sean.
Busy Bees had the BEST customer service out of every company I called. I initially called them for an estimate, which they gave me right away, and again to schedule. Each I called them they were super helpful. Nate came promptly and got the job done quickly. He was able to get into my locked car in about 30 seconds, and then made a programed a new key I had lost. Definitely recommend this company!!
After contractors accidentally lost our keys, we had to call Busy Bees out on New Years Eve. They got here quickly and were really easy to communicate with. Kyle was our technician and he was amazing. Super nice, knowledgeable, and quick! It’s never fun to need a locksmith, but I would use them again in a heartbeat if we needed to.
What a great experience we had with Nate from Busy Bees Locks. He was on time, professional and has a great attitude. This truly shows in his attention to details. He was helpful and he made us feel at ease. He gave our car a thorough check to make sure that all of our locks, systems and fuses were operating. He then cut and programmed our new keys And we were in business. Great experience. I highly recommend Busy Bees locks. Thanks again Nate great job!!
I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer and her awesome crew! She was so communicative the entire process of replacing my car key fob and sent Daniel to my rescue! He had it fixed in 15min and saved me so much hassle, and had excellent customer service. Absolutely wonderful company!
Daniel was amazing. We couldn’t open our front door. He had to troubleshoot our old lock and replace it with the lock my mother purchased. The lock she picked didn’t fit the 42 year old specs on her custom door, but he was able to drill the hole out and make it work. We were more than pleased with the house call and the price.
First of all, when I called Busy Bees Locks and Keys in the morning I was greeted by a pleasant voice. She was professional , patient and understanding. I was given a time frame that worked around that particular days schedule. The service technician, Kyle arrived within the window I was given. Kyle was polite, listened to our needs and gave us options. He also gave us an estimate before the work even started. We decided to move forward and have the work done. Kyle went straight to work. He replaced a door lock on the iron screen door, then re-keyed the additional lock on that very same door. Kyle also re-keyed the two locks we have on the inside door so that we would only need to use one key! After he was done, he went over what he did and had me try out the new keys he made for our household. As for the price? Very reasonable and fair, below what we had expected! We will not hesitate to call Busy Bees Locks and Keys in future!
I am soooooo happy I called Busy Bees after all the recommendations I received. Overall they were the most highly recommended company. They were responsive and got back to us immediately and were able to install all new locks the very same day. Chris our technician arrived ahead of promised time, was really friendly and relatable guy, answered all our questions, recommended choices of how to approach and did all of his work in the the most timely manner. Their prices were very reasonable given we required a quick response so I highly recommend them and will use their services in the future! Also loved that they are a family-owned operation!
We unfortunately lost keys to both of our vehicles and needed to have them replaced. Busy Bees on Kettner Ave in Little Italy had the best prices and the best customer service. They were quick, professional, and very nice to work with. We used them in the past and will continue to do so. We highly recommend them!!!!!
Wow, what a racket the locksmith business is‍, Watch out for the scammers. It was so comforting to find a family run locksmith company! Busy Bee got there on time, was professional with a cute truck, and a uniform and quoted me the price over the phone, very upfront. They left us feeling very confident about their service. I’ll never use anyone else
