I highly recommend Busy Bees day nursery! My three nieces attended this wonderful place and we couldn't be happier with the care they received. The staff are incredibly attentive and professional, always ensuring each child's needs are met with kindness and patience. Ihave recently had the pleasure as a grandparent of seeing my granddaughter attend your setting. When speaking to management or other staff members they have been welcoming, warm, compassionate, nothing has been too much trouble for them. My granddaughter goes into nursery happy, comes out happy, couldn't be said for a previous setting we tried. The staff engaged with her from the minute she arrived, you could see the other children playing happily, staff interacting with them, some sitting on the floor with the children, they were totally engaged. I would like to thank all at Busy Bees, Ilford for making my life so much easier, less stressful knowing I could leave my granddaughter in a safe, caring environment. My daughter was badly assaulted at this nursery. Every parents worst nightmare, nursery waited almost a hour before even making me aware. They played down my daughters 14 open wounds, cuts and bruises and told me their was only 3. My daughter requires A&E attention, calpol for her migraines and she was extremely shaken up. I have strong concerns a member of staff have done this. Please do not trust this setting . I am glad my child is still Alive. Both management and staff are Compulsive liars and have no compassion for my daughter and I. The police are now involved in this matter If you have a child with SEN do not risk putting them here.
Apart from the fact my non verbal child had mysteriously lost their tooth in nursery - staff couldn't explain the reason behind it and "investigated it" with no outcome other then it wasn't "their fault". No cameras on site now I understand why they avoid having them. Please avoid this nursery, unless your child can speak and let you know how their day was.
Excellent nursery. Worth every penny. The staff are amazing and care so much for each child.
Amazing care for children! The girls go above and beyond to care for the little ones. I had 3 children at this nursery and even though i moved from the area I still drive 40 to Busy bees just because I couldn’t bear the thought of another nursery beyond expectations
Busy bees Ilford, has provided both my son and now my daughter, with a safe stimulating learning environment, which I have clearly seen in my daughters progression and development. Busy bees Ilford, has an excellent staff retention rate, with most staff being there for over 16 years or more, which speaks volumes alone, in addition they have a 5* Ofsted rating, as well as 5* food rating, providing home cooked healthy nutritious meals made fresh daily. A wonderful outdoor space, and is wonderfully staffed by the caring and passionate nursery team. If you are looking for top child care in a safe and caring stimulating environment for your child with honest, trustworthy reliable nursery staff, then I’d highly recommend busy bees ilford. I personally would not send my children anywhere else.
Where do I start? I could not recommend Busy Bees enough! My eldest daughter attended Busy Bees for 4 years and they have been absolutely wonderful in their care for her. She had the best time at Busy Bees and she has blossomed into a lovely little lady. Now when it was her sister’s turn to start nursery I could not even bear the taught of taking her to a different nursery even though we moved from their area. I decided to travel there because the trust I have in them has no limits. We are super excited to be starting another journey with Busy Bees.
My daughter suffers from multiple severe allergies Anaphylaxis and attended Busy Bees at Ilford in Sept 2021 for one month. A staff member gave my daughter dairy cheese which she is allergic to and my daughter suffered a severe Anaphylactic shock and nearly lost her life. Please avoid this nursery.
