Last week I visited your shop and walked out 15 minutes later having tried and ordered a chair and desk. So efficient and knowledgeable it was completely hassle free and a real pleasure.nBoth were delivered and installed the following afternoon with no fuss in about 10 minutes.nAll staff were very bright, confident and immediately put me at ease.nThe chair is simply superb, comfortable and easy to adjust and the desk perfect.nI've been driving past your place for around 8 years and had no idea it would be so good and with such a comprehensive range.nLoved it.

I have been looking for a particular style of wooden filing cabinet for some time without much success until I came across Business Furniture Direct.nnOliver was most helpful in the first place and sent me photos of the inside of the drawers, together with measurements. I asked to visit his showroom to actually see the product so as to avoid a repeat of the disappointment from other furniture retailers, to which he readily agreed.nnHaving seen that this was exactly what I wanted I was able to place an order.nnOn the due date of delivery 4 days after my visit, Oliver called me to say that Jack was on his way.
