Welcoming and helpful reception staff. Didn't have long to wait. Dentist was lovely, professional and polite and did a thorough investigation of the toothache. Offered a solution and minor treatment, and I left feeling confident that I was in good hands. Highly recommend!

But past experience, I found some of the staff are not very polite. When booking appointments, they are not very flexible they are in the mood, you take it or not, we don’t carennAlso, kids have to take time off from school for NHS treatment, according to them NHS treatment not available during non-school time, this is not fair. NHS appoinments are hard to find, like gold dust.nnAlso appointment got canceled couple of times due staff shortage, which does not help us. Appointment delayed by 8 months.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Dr. Savage. She is the best dentist I’ve ever had! Her care is always thorough, and she makes sure to explain everything in detail so I’m comfortable throughout the process. The entire team is professional, friendly, and welcoming. I always feel well taken care of! Highly recommend!
Amazing dentist. First truly positive experience I've consistently had where reception, dentist and dental assistants have all been lovely, helpful, informative and reassuring. I don't usually leave reviews but it makes all the more difference to encounter nice people when you're nervous. Abigail and assistant whose name i did not catch! Thank you!
