Crowded full of the worst possible kinds of loud teenagers playing chav music on phones because they're too scruffy and selfish to buy headphones. Loud mouths arguing with eachother inbetween smoke clouds of vapes. Smells like depression. Bus driver wasn't helpful and rude when I asked about times. Felt like I was back in high-school if I went to high-school on the Jeremy Kyle set. Taxi drivers outside arguing with ratty children, pretty sure the homeless guy outside was injecting himself. Rubbish absolutely everywhere. Hoping the train strikes stop soon before I get glassed trying to get home. Possibly the worst place I've ever been just. Ew.
I had to get off at this station when commuting to Burnley in December 2020 while I worked there part-time, being transported there by relatively reliable and comfortable buses that parked right by the bus shelter. I do take issue with how many seats have been closed off due to covid-19 though, as it is around half and that is being overly restrictive... also, I accidentally missed a bus to Skipton once because they were running a different one from usual and an assistant who I asked about Skipton buses forgot to tell me when it was there.
Stood at bus stop for 45 minutes now and one x44 bus has already completely ignored everybody at this stop after being 15 mins late. Next one is 20 mins late not here yet. I know there's 2 x43 busses sat at the bus station doing nothing aswell
Turned up for bus and it was full so I was an hour late for work. Not happy especially if this is going to be a regular thing. It was full of students. They need to lay on more buses.
Horrible and unreliable. Bus cancellations almost never accurately put on the app. Paid for an annual gold pass only for buses to not turn up. What a scam.
Very busy plenty of info at hand, friendly staff also cafe and shop
Worst bus timings. Bus times are not reliable.. i missed my trains and had a generally stressful experience altogether.

All the doors were locked when I came to catch the last bus home
Nothing wrong with the bus station at all. At least during the day . Am never there at night. Can't blame the bus station for it's clientelle.
