Rip-off paid £1.50 for printing 1 page in Manchester and everywhere else out of Bury is 10 to 20 pence but not here, and they will argue with you that this is an fair price wow I'm speechless Rude staff blaming me for staff lol
What a cracking little shop this is.with not living in the uk lost touch with a few things here we bought everything we need did the parcel and letters and posted in a matter of minutes staff so obliging
New store is nice. Staff are always friendly and service is fast.
Nice friendly staff always have plenty of time for you and are very helpful
Rude staff, zero customer service at the post office desk, I was ignored by the man behind the desk for 5 minutes, whilst there was no one else in the shop and not serving anyone else, not even an acknowledgment. The postman was stood at the side collecting last post, but the server blatantly ignored me so that I missed it. With everything going on in the world, surely we can all be a bit nicer to one another. As I gave up and left my partner asked if they were closed, and the counter man responded with that he was busy that’s why he didn’t bother to acknowledge me. As someone who works in customer service, it isn’t hard to say I’ll be with you in a minute, especially as he was also capable of communicating to the postman whilst ‘busy’.
Not even worth one star! The guy didn't have the skills to give good customer service. If a person is struggling to communicate in English, knowing that it isn't their first language you have to show patience instead of being rude and throw it on their face. Very disappointed with the service my sister got from you. Learn to respect people or find yourself a better job. Ignorant people
I booked an appointment for a digital passport, the girl at the postoffice was really helpful, she helped me through the process and even took pictures, my passport came back super quick, highly recommended.
Took my phone to have the screen repaired. They were over priced, but for convenience, decided to go with them. They installed an inferior screen to my iPhone, which is noticeably a poor copy of the Apple original. Following this, after the repair, it became clear that the phone had developed issues, whilst under their supervision. The phone would no longer charge. This would be fine except when i took the phone back to the shop, they outright denied any responsibility. They said they would repair the fault, as it was common and would cost £15. I begrudgingly accepted. It took a week for them almost to get the phone back to me, at which point they charged £65 to get the phone back. The single worst experience i have ever had with any business ever!!!. If i could 0/5 star i would. Avoid at all costs. The post office itself, seem okay. Have no problems with their service. Phone guy is atrocious. A regular con merchant.
Used them again today. The gentleman behind the counter can't remember his name was so nice. It's always a pleasure to meet really genuine and happy people. He made me smile the way he was dealing with the lady in front of me. Very funny as he counted the money.
Absolutely dreadful. The young girl at the counter today needed basic lessons in customer service. Her interaction with me consisted of a brusque "Next", then a statement of the price "£6.60" and, er, that was it. ZERO eye contact throughout and looking beyond me to the next customer as I thanked her for her exquisite rudeness. A little bit of manners go a long way, a point that might be made to her if she ever goes for any further training.
