Very pleased with my experience of buying my new Kawasaki from Bury Motorcycle centre. From Peter,who sold me the bike and gave me a fair price for my Honda in part ex, to a pleasant Ros ,who dealt with the paperwork, to a helpful Mike who delivered the Kawasaki and collected the Honda. All completed hassle and stress free. Thanks again.
Great company to deal with. The bike was even better than advertised. All the staff are friendly and polite they were also extremley helpful when l called in to collect it. I can't wait for the weather to pick up so l can get the new bike over to Spain. Once again a massive thank you!

Absolutely brilliant service from Pete and the guys at bury motorcycle centre I bought a ktm super duke gt from them It was exactly as described. they fitted a new front tyre that they didn’t have to do as there was still some tread on it and they sent me a new battery as there was a fault with the one on the bike after a month of owning it with out any questions super service and highly recommended hope to do business with you in the future Thanks guys Simon
I've recently bought a bike from here and the whole process ran smoothly from start to finish. No hard sell , and really nice people.
I've just bought my dream bike! The bike was as described. A stunning Street Triple 765 in fine condition with all the bells and whistles sounds like a F1 car ! I purchased my 1st bike from them last year sv650 again with all the extras on. It was the cheapest 650 naked on Auto trader. I traded in the SV for my dream bike 12 months later. Pete gave me a good price for my old bike and agreed to hold my new bike , while I had a garage built. Never pushed me , in fact he called to ask what side of easter I wanted it on! I told him when I wanted it and it was ready! Ros fixed up the paperwork in no time. Such a easy process. I dropped the spare key from my SV, 2 weeks later my fault after a gentleman's agreement. Again, showing patience in a busy period for bike shops. In short; This is a small family run business that do not employ dozens of staff. This reflects in the bikes selling price. Go down and see for yourself. Park at Lidl over the road Pete only sells the best bikes!
Don't waste your time with this outfit, I was looking to purchase a Ducati Multistrada from them unseen as unable to travel down. I contacted them over a week ago with a simple request that would have taken them no more than 20 seconds MAX, only got a reply a week later REFUSING my request, and only because i had to send them a 2nd message. Most dealers when buying a bike unseen in person will go above and beyond, but this outfit well if you are not walking in off the street, placing money on the counter and walking out with a bike without a word spoken then you seem to be nothing more than a nuisance and inconvenience to them. Spending £14500 on a bike you would expect some sort of service even more so as unseen in person.. Would really hate to think of the service they provide once they have your money, and im sure they will jump on this with a smart a@? comment, ohh were busy, it was easter weekend,we are this, we are that, nothing excuses ignorance and poor service...
Big thanks to Pete today, looked after us well. Went away very happy with two 49 year old 2 wheel beauties. Totally recommend 5 star.
