Lift and escalators available. Bit dark but trams run often. Travel centre at entrance to help with journey planning. Bus station, taxis, Millgate shopping centre and Bury market all very close by. Car park is very small no hope of getting a space.
ITS NEVER WORKING. EVERYTIME I GO ITS ALWAYS SHUT AND I HAVE TO GET A 2 HOUR BUS WHEN IT SOULD BE 20 MINS ON A TRAM
I went to this bus in a polite manner and I went to the back up bus because the trams were closed off due to roadworks.i highly concerned about the way he treated me even though when all I was trying to do was to just ask him a question I could tell he had no bother to even helping me for instance he said “ WHAT! Well I don’t know “ figure it out yourself I’m really sad about how he treated menWarm regardsnAmaan.
Great place to visit! Especially on Wednesday Friday and Saturday when the market is open
Bury is the northernmost stop on the Metrolink's Green Line which runs south via Manchester city centre and on to Altrincham. It's not the nicest station on the Metrolink network but it's very conveniently located for Bury Market and for the shops in Bury town centre.
