Change over hub for coach holidays. Busy but well organised. Next to services so easy access to shelter from inclement weather, retail units, fast food outlets and toilets.
Could do with better facilities for waiting. More seating and warm waiting room
Bit congested on change over, had to wait while driver loaded our cases on to coach, suggest allow passengers onto coach so no standing around and name check on coach.
Place was great but very busy only prob was ongoing coach delayed by 1hour 30 minutes ....
Alfa coaches change over point also has good food and coffee outlets
A bit chaotic ,driver not very professional driving feeder bus for Wights beautiful bus,but driver lacked tact and fitness. And not very well turned out.Dave off Alpha was brilliant .
Had a coach tour with Alpha. Lovely holiday apart from a wait, due to late arrivals, which was no ones fault. Couldn't understand the drivers and staff being given a hard time by very impatient people.
Clean, good choice of shops for food.
The staff there were very efficient and while it is not a purpose built interchange it was quicker than shearing ever was. Granted only 3 coaches left this week and it may be different with more leaving but I speak as I find for now
