Hosts the annual Burton Beer & Cider Festival. Great venue and a most characterful building. Large main room, with dining room off that, then two further large rooms at the rear. If you get a chance to listen to the Wurlitzer organ they have, it is wonderful. Recommended.
Lovely building. Went to a dance so not sure about other services. Not sure on parking round there during the day..
Lovely old building inside and out, great dance venue ...dancefloor, stage, bar
It's great around this area but I have walked the streets of Burton upon Trent and I have seen to much litter, why is it so scruffy
We had our wedding there, Cheryl, Nicola and the rest of the team were amazing, nothing was too much trouble to help, we couldn't of asked for a better venue and team for our special day. We highly recommend the town hall for any event.
Interesting old building. Here for the beer festival, so absolutely honking.
The town hall is a disgrace well not the town hall but the Bar ! The food excellent the venue excellent BUT the BAR a disgrace serving warm Carling in bitter glasses, its a shame that A Town know for Actually making Carling has ruined everyone option of Carling. The bar staff of 2 people serving with guests of over 200 people that ment waiting over half an an hour in a que and the waste, for every pint that was served they poured away a pint and a half 3 drip trays every time got wasted you should be ashamed of the service and give a refund to the lovely bride and groom
Each year the town hall hosts the Burton beer festival, it's a great venue where the choice is excellent. Plenty of seating in the balcony area and adjacent room. They have a nice little cafe too for a meal to go with the drink. I really enjoyed the Wurlitzer performance too, it's something you don't see too often.
Hi everyone yes we went to the town hall for a covid 19 test PROBLEM! cleanliness was spot on but there are no windows open to move any covid droplets from the open space you are doing the test as civil 19 stays in the air for 4 hours so you could potentially get the virus just by having a test even though it takes about 5 minutes Very concerning!!!
Takes a little navigation to gain access to the car park.
