Fantastic service, especially from Rob one of the shop assistants! Helpful from start to finish, nothing was too much! This is why we go into shops and I cannot say I have received a better service anywhere before. Bravo.
Bought a Christmas jumper where the lights lasted for 2 wears. At the time of buying it I was warned that the battery had to be taken out prior to washing but it never even made it that far and it's not as if the lights were on for any significant period of time so either that particular jumper was faulty or the whole line is just of poor quality. That was the only thing I was warned about at the time of purchase. It may be that realistically i wouldnt expect it to last a long time but certainly more than 2 wears. Poor quality and poor service when I was told there was nothing I could do. First negative review I've had to write about anything!
Got a fantastic suite for my up coming graduation!! The staff are so helpful and understood that this lady is not the dress wearing type . Lovely experience and very chilled out . Thanks guys x
I recently Purchased 4 suits for my wedding we had a great experience stress free very very helpful deputy manager Mike he made it so much easier for us i would highly recommend.
Went with my friend to purchase four suits for her wedding, the experience was stressless and made easy thanks to the deptuy manager Mike. Great Service. Highly recommended.
Polite and unpressured initial welcome by one assistant - Good. Functional and minimal service at the till by a different assistant - not so good.
Great shop. Stock is well laid out and easy to walk round. A bargain can be got as well. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Poor staff. Out of all Burton stores, this Portsmouth one is far by the worst one. Very bad management and rude staff especially the girl with the black hair and weird teeth. Would suggest avoiding this store.
One of the ladies in the store at the till is not customer friendly at all. She’s either in her late 30’s or early 40’s. Very poor customer service, no smile and very short with words. I have been shopping at burton since 2015 and never experienced that before.
Fantastic service, very highly recommend a visit if you need a good quality, affordable suit.
