Will never recommend to anyone! £800 to rent and spent nearly £200 puting it right ourselves. Went to pick suits up days before the wedding and there were bits missing from a complete suit... no trousers in one set, a tie instead of a dicky bow in another and one suit was not even there!! Lucky we checked days before as it would of ruined the day trying to sort it out!! Had to buy 2 new shirts as they did not measure up correctly and a pair of trousers, new pair of shoes as they rubbed like hell and marks on one of the trousers shown in picture. They happy to take your money but do not take care after that! After complaining they offered 20% off next time! Like you plan to get married again Absolute jokers, there are plenty of other places to go!
Shocking quality of clothing for what you paid for. Had velvet suit with the pile facing the wrong direction. Pair of trousers inner lining tore after one day of use. Save yoir money and go to next or river island
Smart and good fitting suit hired for special occasion. Take heed though, if you agree an extended date for return, make sure the assistant writes this on your receipt. Charged an extra £10 for a “supposedly” one day late return

Absolutely awesome shop..!! I've never had a fitted suit made for me and I can wait to get it now.. As I'm my Brother best man, I thought I would treat him to new suit. Make sure he is looking dapper for his big day.. Outstanding service with very helpful staff..!! They hooked us up with 3 fitted suit and they're being sent to are local Moss Bros, as we were just visiting for the day.. Over the moon..!! I will be Highly recommend them from now on..!!
Very friendly and helpful staff with a personal touch without being in you're face hard selling personal staff. Most helpful chaps. I love spending my money and using my bank card in Miss.Brithers and the staff are happy to serve help fit and order in all you're requirements. If all clothing. Good one chaps.
Bought my son a suit for graduation and a couple of weddings. Jas was super helpful without being pushy and fitted him with the perfect suit and a reasonable price.
Went in today with my boyfriend to get a suit for his sisters wedding and couldn’t have been happier with the service. the man we spoke to was very knowledgeable and so lovely. he found the perfect suit and the perfect size for him and my partner left very happy!
I cannot understand why anyone would badly review this store, I have been there so many many times and purchased lots of quality items, have purchased lots of tailor me items and always happy, especially with the knowledge of “any problem come right back” Jaz Wayne Tony Barry Dave Lee Amarik Lydia and Ulrika are an absolute gem and credit to the store, each and everyone takes their time to make sure I’m happy with my purchase, give brilliant ideas and opinions, wouldn’t go anywhere else other than another moss bros store Keep it up people you’re doing it right
We always go to Moss Bros. to buy suits and have a good experience every time. The customer service is excellent. Barry knows his stuff too well and helps his customer from suits to shoes. I have not seen anyone as dedicated to his customers as he is. Highly recommended!
