They always managed to prioritise appointments to accommodate young children so my son has always got an appointment when needed. Receptionists, doctors and nurses have always been very helpful.

I don’t know where to even start with my horrific experience with this surgery on several occasions . I’ve been handed out the wrong medication , good job I suspected these weren’t correct and rang up to ask why these had been prescribed to me before taking .It could of been a dangerous outcome . Also while attending a nurse practitioner apt I walk in and she has her shoes flung off with her bare feet out and she was stinking of smoke . ( so unprofessional!) why would you sit bare foot while attending to patients? I had a condition and she told me to go and sit in the sun to ‘dry it up’ this was the WORST advice given. Seeing another medical professional they could not believe I had been told to do this as sun makes it 100x worse. You have to wait 3 weeks or longer to see a doctor or even get a phone call apt , it’s like you have to plan when you’re ill . Reception staff are terribly rude !! ( apart from one lovely lady with short blonde hair) Why are they working in this job when they are clearly not people persons . The only good thing I have to say about this doctors is doctor spencer, she is a absolute credit to this surgery !! Shame this isn’t replicated throughout the practise . I understand it’s under so much pressure due to new housing in the area but there must be a better system put in place. I hear nothing but horror stories from everyone that attends here.

Honestly it is so poor it is ridiculous. Every time I call I'm on hold of a minimum of 30 mins. When you get through you're speaking with receptionists who're usually very rude and eager to get rid of you. When you finally get an appointment (which I didn't need but they insisted) the nurse takes 20 seconds to answer a question you already knew the answer to. So I say "well while I am here could I discuss something else with you?" the reply is "no we can only discuss one matter per appointment". Anyone who doesn't see how this causes a vicious cycle of booking unnecessary appointments and increase waiting times should lose their job in my opinion. If they spent half the amount of time trying to resolve issues rather than trying to fob you off I am sure things could be hugely improved.

Terrible service and the receptionist hung up after telling me there are no appointments.

When you need an appointment you can never make one. When you do get one they want you to travel to Finedon. Not everyone can. Receptionist doesn't seem to know what's going on.
