For a month straight I have called this place at 8am sharp to be told that there are no appointments left, no appointments. In a month. Absolute disgrace of a surgery, I'm in desperate need of a fit note and have told them this multiple times and still, no appointments. The only two times that I did get to speak to someone and they told me that a fit note would be issued they did not issue it. AVOID THIS TERRIBLE PLACE AT ALL COSTS
Hands down the most ridiculous and pointless booking system known to man. I call at 8:01 in the morning to book an appointment. I had to wait 40 minutes in a queue and once I got through at 08:45 I was told there isn't any appointments and to call tomorrow. How on gods green earth is there no appointment's for future dates and why did I have to wait 40 minutes to be told this. I then asked how do I get an appointment and was told to call back tomorrow at 8 oclock. Well if there isn't any appointments for the next 2 weeks at 8am today, how will there be any tomorrow! Waste of time.
For the past 2 days I have been seen by two medical students who have really helped me so much, Ellie and Maddie have been so kind to me and so very thoughtful and caring to me, I'm sure they will both make wonderful GPs when the finish training, great work ladies and thanks also to dear James on reception always so kind to help me with all my issues. Thank you to Dr Spencer for his kindness and also Katie in the Admin team who always helps out, thanks again I truly appreciate your support
Appalling customer service skills from the miserable receptionist with a horrendous attitude. She insisted I do not need an appointment and to ‘just go to the chemist’. I assured her I needed an appointment which she finally reluctantly gave me. In my appointment I was prescribed with medication that I cannot get over the counter and have also been sent for blood tests for further investigation.
I am absolutely appalled by the service at this doctor’s surgery. Trying to book an appointment is nothing short of a nightmare. No matter when I call, I'm either put on hold indefinitely or told there are no available appointments and to phone tomorrowat 8. It's beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, the reception staff are incredibly rude and dismissive. They lack any semblance of care or compassion, treating patients as if they are nothing more than an inconvenience. It's shocking that a healthcare facility can operate like this. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this place. The service is disgraceful!
