Good value for money and sound staff.
Hired a scaffolding tower for the week. Spoke to a gentleman over the phone who was polite and informative. No need to pay up front only on return. Gave me the BH free. Dropped off 9.30am on the day required and picked up 9.30 on the day off hire. Brilliant service, easy going staff. Great price.
Hired a small trailer,but it wasn't returned from previous hire,they picked it up for me ride on mower and delivered to my house and then wouldn't let me pay for it, outstanding service,thanks
Awful customer service! terrible machines and products. Had a machine that kept cutting out and they charged me a full day even though I rang them 10 minutes after drop off! Took my strimmer in to be repaired came out worse. The phone call from the manager said "come and see if you are happy with what we have done." Just what you want to hear. AVOID!!!
Rented a petrol mower and strimmer for the Bank Holiday weekend. Excellent machines in decent condition. Strimmer came with harness and safety visor. Great price for the long weekend too. I may rent every 'spring' from now on just to get on top of things. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend Hodgsons
We rented the carpet cleaner for the weekend and will definitely be using this again! Worked amazingly, removed tough stains and brought the carpets back to life! Top service and very friendly staff, would highly recommend!!!
Needed 2 lifts to hoist carpet into our house The price for 2 was better than the price for 1 lift at another hire company. Plus Hodgsons provided excellent delivery and customer service. Highly recommended.
