This is in response to Lee Dunn's review of my Chinese Takeaway. Lee Dunn has made claims that there is rodent activity within my business. We have a very transparent business and the hygiene standard has earned my chinese takeaway a food hygiene rating of 5 for the past few years. I would like to put my side of the accusations forward to clear up the matter. Lee Dunn has made accusations that is not true but feels this is one way of trying to ruin my business. I operate my business according the the The General Food Regulations & Food Safety Act 1990, I have my routine Food Hygiene Inspections from the local authority (unannounced) and also food sampling visits. In all the visits, we have had no issues to cause any concern to the customers or the staff. If there is or was a serious issue as Lee Dunn claims, why has he not gone through the official channel and report it to the local authority. It just shows the level of intelligence when it comes to issues like this and how it is handled. We have a very clean and high standard of operation when it comes to preparing food for all our customers. I would strongly advise LEE DUNN to report the findings to officials that he feels so strongly to put onto GOOGLE and the case can be left in the hands of the local authority. I am sure LEE DUNN will continue to spread his malicious RUMOURS... LEE DUNN in nothing but a vindictive person who is trying his hardest to damage a Food Business with many years of good reputation. To ensure we can reassure our customers that the rumours are MALICIOUS, we are more than happy to invite customers that read this to see for themselves the standard of our establishment. What I would like to ask is what evidence has LEE DUNN got to submit to the local authority. Lee Dunn's (no photo on google) unsubstantiated comments are a waste of time and malicious. LEE DUNN is not a customer but visited the food business with his friends and made offensive comments to the staff in the past. LEE DUNN has not returned to the shop since his offensive comments.

The location of the takeaway is convenient and the prices are affordable. I'd love to come again and try other dishes.
