I was so impressed the young gentleman that dropped a vehicle off at Advance Automotive Centre, were I work. His name was Lewis, he was well presented, polite and very efficient. Always give praise when it is well deserved, and I hope you recognise as a company what a lovely young man you have in your employment, he also kept a calm presence whilst our customer's car had broken down at the airport, reassuring our customer and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.
I did Burrows proud. But Burrows did me dirty. Feel sorry for the owner, for management, for the drivers, for the dirty stinking trucks.. But most of all I feel sorry for the unknowing customers You almost made me forget who I am, But I forgive you for Me...
I have had the same guy cone out to fix my horsebox . I forgot his name but he has glasses , blonde hair . He came out in his van first then helped get my lorry towed to the garage . He is a credit to your company . He is very polite and keeps us informed of the work needed and takes time to explain if we don’t understand technical terms . Nothing is too much trouble for him . If more people were like him the world would be a happier place . Thank you
Stupidly I managed to lock my keys in the boot of the car! Burrows recovery were soon dispatched, Andy arrived quickly with a smile. The car was dead locked which made things even harder. Andy persevered and managed to get the car open to my relief. A great service from Burrows Recovery, can't thank Andy enough!
Following an 'unscheduled meeting' with an artic who took a liking to the lane I was already in I met Andy Everett. Top bloke, very friendly, very helpful and in as much as it can be a pleasure to need your vehicle recovering, a very positive one. Thanks Andy from the bloke with all the &*%% in the back of his car.
Car died 20 odd miles from home, green flag sent Burrows Recovery LTD out to me, first engineer came out to assess, said the car needed recovering, he went on his PDA got me all booked in a left. I got a text saying about 90 mins till recovery could get to me so I was like ok no worries, 20 minutes later Tristan pulls up hooks my car up and lets me get inside the warm truck. I need to say this clearly, I don’t get into cars with men I don’t know and I was anxious but had no other way of getting home, Tristan was the nicest human I’ve ever met, he spoke to me the entire way home telling me about his family and his knowledge of cars he really put me at ease. I was home quickly and efficiently I can not thank this company enough if I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.
We've recently had a road side recovery from Burrows Road Recovery. The mechanics that attended we're very honest, and helpful. Our caravan was delivered safely back to the agreed address. The mechanic who recovered our van back into storage, went above and beyond, to put the van on our pitch.
Was recovered after 2 weeks, via recommendation from police as was in an accident. This is why I gave 1 star very rude customer service abd to get burrows to deliver my vehicle to preferred garage took 2 weeks which amounted in extra storage costs also they steal personal belongings from my car!!! I will never ever use them again .
Tyre blew out on the A50 and too unsafe to use the inflator due to heavy traffic. Green Flag called and Burrows Recovery were activated. Arrived within 50 minutes, and Carl had us on the way to the tyre centre within minutes. He was very personable, kept us informed, and very professional. Thank you.
