Had door locks swapped to high security anti snap locks and a broken window lock replaced. Communication was excellent from the initial appointment to measure the locks right through to fitting them. Ricky turned up when he said he would and carried out the work at a good price. Would not hesitate to recommend. .
What an eventful morning, losing my keys. Ricky managed to do everything i required, with all the parts in stock and ready to go. No request was too much hassle, very friendly and most importantly, punctual. Offered me a complete package solution, gaining entry, replacing 3 sets of locks and adjusting the door also. Very pleased with the non-destructive entry, meaning I saved on potential repairs too. I would highly recommended you for any future jobs and would not hesitate to call you again myself. Thank you Locksmith Frith. 5 stars from me!
After finding Locksmith Frith Ltd on Google I gave them a ring regarding our stuck lock, Ricky was a very knowledgeable and talked me through our options over the phone, feeling confident in his experience we gave him the job. He turned up ant the time he stated and carried out the work to a high standard quickly and professionally!
Excellent service, contacted Ricky after being broken into he was very knowledgeable and recommended which locks to purchase, I kitted the whole house with 3 star locks for a very reasonable price, Ricky did exactly what he promised will definitely use again if I ever need his service again A++++

Excellent and professional. Got us out of a bit of a pickle and arrived in under 10 mins from call. Very friendly and chatty and offered very good advice. Was very informative and showed us what the problem was and how it happened. Very reasonable price to and will certainly be used again!
Long overdue for this review, I've never needed a locksmith before and will hopefully not need one again but I can not imagine there are many more out there that are so polite and understanding. It was very reassuring to know that Ricky came and fitted the new locks within the hour and even helped deliver spare keys to my estate agency for me. 5 stars all round and thank you again.

Back door mechanism had completely broken down. Adam came and opened the door and replaced the broken mechanism he was a very tidy worker and very polite. Frith locksmith highly recommended.
