Wish I could leave zero star review. Have to call at 8 am to get a same day appointment or wait three to four weeks for one, but because of the sheer amount of calls and there only being one or two receptionists on it's impossible to get through. I have called 16 times this morning between 7:59 am and finally managed to get through after being on hold for 10 minutes at 8:30 am to be told there are no appointments for today but that I will be placed on the waiting list. I wouldn't mind if this wasn't a reoccurring issue. On one occasion around mid afternoon I was on hold for over half an hour so decided to go down to be greeted with an empty reception with the receptionist ignoring the phone ringing behind her. Will definitely be changing doctors.

Can never get an appointment been on constant cancellation list if you want to get seen you have to take yourself to hospital My dr is a locum you never get a dr that you can see on a regular basis dont know why I have stayed so long for the goodness of my health and my life I'm changing Drs its getting a joke dont know why they cant get themselves together a give a proper servis to that patients

The best doctors surgery i have ever been to. Reception staff are very polite and helpful and the doctors there are very caring and thorough. Cant always get a booked appointment on the day but they will put you on canclation list and in the 2 years ive been going i have never had a situation where i havnt got an appointment cant recomend this place enough

Awful this place in the last year has gone rapidly down hill. No appointments at all when you phone up at 8am (only 12 avaliable for the day ) disgusting, receptionist's are very rude and abrupt. Tear this place down.

Dreadful service. Bad mannered staff. Never answer phone. Can never get an appointment. Worst doctors I have ever been too.
